My Story:
Hi, I’m Raw Umber, but my friends call me Bri. I retired in the early 1990s to reconnect with my roots and namesake in the Umbria region of Italy. That’s where I discovered my passion for cooking. What began as an apprenticeship in a traditional Italian kitchen turned into a culinary adventure across Europe. I traveled from country to country, learning cooking techniques and traditions, filling tummies and hearts everywhere I went.
Now, I’m back in Umbria, running a cooking school for kids where I share my love of expressing creativity through cooking.
